The data displays the median pay gap between women and men in the biggest banks in the UK as of April 2017. Lloyds bank plc reported a massive pay gap of almost 43% between men and women. This meant that on for every one British pound that men earned, women earned 57 pence. HSBC reported the lowest median gender pay gap with 29%.
