Lloyds bank plc the biggest hourly gap in pay between men and women with female employees earning a median of 57 pence for every one British pound earned by men. Santander and HSBC had the smallest hourly rate gap of the four biggest banks for gender pay inequality with 71 pence for every one GBP earned by men.
