The data describes the average share of ultra high net worth individuals' wealth held in their main residence and any second homes, that are held not purely as an investments in 2015, by region. It was found that the value of residential properties of UHNWIs in North America constituted 19% of their total net wealth. The global average figure was equal to 23% in 2015.
