Online banking activities among customers in the Netherlands 2017

The data displays the online banking activities among customers in the Netherlands in 2017. In 2017, approx. 60% of the respondents indicated they used online banking to transfer money to external bank accounts.

Between 2012 and 2015, the use of internet banking in the Netherlands increased in all age groups. The share of people who use mobile banking in the Netherlands reached a percentage of 65% in 2016, compared to 53% in Luxembourg and 51% in Belgium.
