This survey shows the consumer rating of online banking services in the Netherlands from 2015 to 2017, by bank. As of 2017, the online banking service of Dutch bank ABN Amro was rated with a 4.4 on a scale of five. The share of smartphone or tablet users who use banking on the go has increased throughout the years in the Benelux region. Mobile banking subscriptions in Belgium, for example, increased from 140,000 in 2011 to 3.3 million in 2015. In the Netherlands, approx. 92% of the teenagers aged 15 to 16 years old used online banking to check their balance.
