The data depicts the gender distribution of employees working for the Russian based Sberbank group on average as well as those working for the group's governance bodies as of 2017. It can be seen that 85% of employees working in group governance roles were male at that time. Although this was the case, an average of 67.8% of all employees for the group were female as of 2017.
