The data shows the results of a survey asking Japanese adults on their self-perceptions of entrepreneurship as of June 2017. During the survey period, about 10.8% of respondents claimed to believe that they are capable of starting a business with the required skills and knowledge, compared to 41.2% of respondents reporting a fear of failure.
