The data shows the result of a survey on early-stage entrepreneurial activity in Japan as of June 2017, broken down by age group. During the survey period, about 6.4% of respondents aged between 35 and 44 years in Japan reported to be in the process of starting their own business or have launched a business which is less than 42 months old.
