Responses are from the EMEA investor intentions survey, which provides a comprehensive look into the intentions and trends in the real estate investment sector in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. With 43 percent, Western Europe topped the ranking of the preferred investment destination for European investors, ahead of North America with 30% share. The least preferred regions were South and Central America and Africa at that time, with only 1% of respondents mentioning these.
