Cross-border real estate investments into selected European cities Q1 2016

The data shows the total value of biggest cross-border capital investments into European real estate markets in 12 months prior to the 1st quarter of 2016. The information includes capital investments both from outside of the EU as well as within the EU between the member countries. During that period, the leading origin for European real estate investments was the U.S., with a total of 14.5 billion euro invested in the UK market.
