The data depicts the estimated number of uninsured vehicles in the UK as of October 2016. Although the number of uninsured vehicles in the UK has been estimated to have decreased from two million in 2005 to approx. one million as of 2016 there were a number of key regions where uninsured vehicles continued to be a problem. As of October 2016 it was estimated that over 190 thousand vehicles were uninsured of the estimated 3.1 million vehicles in the capital.
