Largest assisted living chains by number of facilities in the United States 2015

The data displays biggest 15 assisted living chains in the U.S. based on number of assisted living facilities in 2015. In this year, Five Star Quality Care, based in Newton, Maine, had a total of 159 facilities. In Americans over the age of 65, almost 70% will require long-term care. As the U.S. senior population grows, there will be increased pressure from the quantity and quality of long-term health care facilities.
