The data shows the rate of deceased organ donors in selected countries worldwide in 2016. France had a rate of around 28.7 organ donors per every million population during this year. Organ donation can be given through both a deceased and living donor if blood and oxygen are flowing through the organs until the time of recovery to ensure viability.
