Global number of patients with organs transplanted in select countries 2016

The data shows the rate of patients with transplanted organs in selected countries worldwide in 2016. France had a rate of almost 88 patients with organ transplantations per every million population during this year. Organ donation can be given through both a deceased and living donor if blood and oxygen are flowing through the organs until the time of recovery to ensure viability.
