The data displays the share of American high school students in grades 9 to 12 who stated they have used hallucinogenic drugs at least once in their life as of 2017, by gender and ethnicity. According to the survey, 7.9% of male student respondents with a white, non-Hispanic background stated they have used hallucinogenic drugs (e.g. LSD, acid, PCP, angel dust, mescaline, or mushrooms) one or more times during their life.
