The data illustrates the share of individuals diagnosed with cancer in Scotland from 2009 to 2016, by treatment status. Throughout the seven year period, the share of individuals accepting treatment has remained relatively the same. In 2016, 82.4% of individuals diagnosed with cancer in Scotland had accepted treatment. This was an increase from the previous year's share which amounted to 73.5%.
