Seizures of illegal drugs by drug group in Europe 2016

The data shows the share of reported seizures of illegal drugs, by drug group in Europe in 2016. In this year, cannabis was the most commonly seized drug in Europe, accounting for 69% of drug seizures. This was followed by cocaine and crack which accounted for 9% of drug seizures. The least commonly seized drug was MDMA which accounted for 3% of drug seizures in 2016.
