Drug induced deaths in Europe 2016, by age

The data shows the share of drug induced deaths in Europe in 2016, by age. In this year, the the leading age group for drug induced deaths was between the ages of 40 and 64 years, with 43% of drug induced deaths. This was closely followed by individuals between the ages of 25 and 39 years. The age group with the lowest share of drug induced deaths was that of 25 years and younger, with 10%.
