Latin America: number of online music subscribers 2014-2017

The data displays the number of paid online music subscribers in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru from the second quarter of 2014 to the second quarter of 2017. In the second quarter of 2017, there were 11.2 million paid online music accounts in these six Latin American countries, up from 1.4 million subscribers four years earlier. Spotify was the leading on-demand music streaming provider in this region with a market share of 79% as of the second quarter of 2017.
