The data depicts the value of commercial real estate investments in European cities in the first quarter of 2017 and the first half of 2018. According to a report conducted by BNP Paribas, as of the first half of 2018, commercial real estate investments in Central London had fallen by approx. 2.5 billion euro to a total of 9.3 billion euro. That being said the capital city of England was still the leading European city for commercial real estate investment. Central Paris (France) increased from 5.4 billion to nine billion between the first half of 2017 and the first half of 2018.
