This ranking displays the results of the worldwide Made-In-Country Index 2017, a survey conducted to show how positively products "made in..." are perceived in various countries all over the world. During this survey, 88% of respondents from Malaysia perceived products made in Japan as "slightly positive" or "very positive". The survey indicates that Japanese products have the strongest reputation in Malaysia, followed by UK products.
