The data shows the share of internet users using ad blocking worldwide in September 2016, broken down by age group. It was found that 20% of 16 to 24 year olds used ad blockers. In December 2016, there were 380 million mobile and 236 million desktop adblock users worldwide. Adblocking has the highest penetration rate in Western Europe.
