The data shows the sales volume of Italian Prosecco in the Netherlands from 2015 to 2017 (in liters). In the year leading up to week 9, 2015, the volume of Italian Prosecco sold was approx. 3.3 million liters. In 2016, this decreased to roughly 2.8 million liters. In the year leading up to week 8, 2017 the Prosecco market decreased even further, to roughly 2.4 million liters. This reflects the decreasing popularity of Prosecco in the Netherlands.
