The data displays the percentage of second screen U.S. user activities that are related to TV or commercials while watching traditional TV or streaming video on TV. During the March 2017 survey period, it was found that 17% of multitasking digital video streaming respondents stated that their second screen activities were completely unrelated to TV programs or commercials they were watching.
