The data describes the leading reasons why Netflix subscribers in the U.S. subscribed to Netflix as of January 2015. It was found that the majority of respondents signed up for Netlfix due to the convenience of on-demand streaming, while 23% said they subscribed to watch Netflix original programming. Digital TV Research projected that there would be 43.54 million Netflix subscribers in the United States by December 2015.
