The data displays the number of hate crimes motivated by a person's transgender lifestyle in England and Wales from April 2015 to March 2017, sorted by offence type. While the least number of hate crimes involved criminal damage or arson, the most were recorded to be public order offences. Additionally a considerable amount of hate crimes were of violent nature, however less than a third of those resulted in injury.
