The data displays the results of a survey on daily media usage in EU 28 countries from 2011 to 2017. According to the Standard Eurobarometer, television (viewed on a television set or over the internet) was the most popular medium among Europeans in 2017, with 84% of people watching it everyday. Internet ranked second with 65% of Europeans aged 15 years and older reporting to use it daily in 2017, an increase of 17% since 2011. In 2017, 58% of Europeans used online social networks at least once a week.
