The data displays the result of a survey on importance of digital media services in Finland in 2016. In that year, YouTube was the most known and important digital media service in Finland. The second most important media service with a 3% difference to YouTube was Yle Areena, the online broadcast service of the country's public broadcasting company Yleisradio. Lesser known and important digital medias included Deezer and Canal Digital. Looking at the importance of digital medias in Finland by age group, YouTube was the most important for the younger generations, whereas Yle Areena was preferred by the older age groups.
