The data shows the results of a survey on daily media usage in Sweden in 2016. The most used medium was the internet with 83% of the individuals interviewed. Particularly men tended to use online media. Viewing television and listening to the radio ranked second with a share of 81% and third with a share of 68% of the respondents.
During the mentioned year, Swedes spent on average 340 minutes per day consuming media. This value decreased slightly in the past years. In 2007, the average daily time spent with media amounted to 365 minutes.
