The data shows the daily consumption of digital and online media in Sweden in 2016, by medium. During the survey period, 28% of respondents in Sweden stated that they have used social networks on a daily basis. Online traditional media such as online or digital newspapers, magazines, web radio and television ranked second.
Viewing TV is a good example of changed media use behavior - while the share of Swedish individuals watching television daily decreased from 86% in 2005 to 81% in 2016, viewing web TV services grew from 21% in 2011 to 30% in 2016.
