The data displays the retail sales value of video games in Sweden from 2010 to 2015. In addition to computer games, there are other platforms to play electronic games - including consoles, as well as handheld devices. In 2015, the sales value of video games sold in Swedish retail stores amounted to roughly 115.27 million euro. While the retail revenue of games has declined in the past years, the total games market was forecasted to grow significantly. According to the study, the video games market will generate revenues of more than 3 billion Danish kroner.
