The data shows the frequency with which consumers in Great Britain purchase wheat (gluten) free food, according to surveys conducted in 2013, 2015 and 2017. Although the vast majority never purchase gluten-free items, the share of those that purchase weekly or less often has risen over the period. In 2017, 7% of respondents claimed to purchase wheat or gluten free foods weekly and a further 8% less often.
