The data displays the results of a survey on organic food consumption in Finland in 2017, by income. The consumption of organic food was highest when the annual income exceeded 60,000 euros. Similarly, 14% of respondents earning less than 20,000 euros per year had not previously consumed organic food neither intending to do so. Overall, the consumption of organic food has become more regular in Finland over recent years. According to the survey, the main reasons for buying organic food included cleanliness, quality and healthiness.
