The data displays the results of a survey on the consumption frequency of organic herbs in Finland in 2015 and 2017. Overall, the consumption of organic herbs was more frequent in 2017 than in 2015. 5% of the respondents consumed organic herbs daily or almost daily in 2015, when in 2017 the corresponding figure was 11%. Also the share of respondents using organically grown herbs on a weekly basis increased by 3% over the two-year period.
Overall, the consumption of organic food has become more regular in Finland over recent years.
