Italy: export value PGI sparkling wines 2010-2016

The data shows the export value of Italian PGI (protected geographic indication) sparkling wines between the years 2010 and 2016. As of the survey period, the export value of Italian sparkling wine hit its lower peak in 2011 with about 11.9 billion euro of sparkling wine exported. However, from then on there was a slow increase in the export value of sparkling wine which peaked in 2016 with over 28.5 million euro.
