Italy: incidences of terrorism 1968-2009

The data displays the number of terrorism-related incidences which occurred in the Italy from 1969 to 2009. Over this 41 year period there was significant annual increase in the late 1990’s, the peak was in 1976, with 36 separate instances of terror-related behavior. 1995 was the only year within this timeframe that did not experience an attack.
