Violent crime in London 2010-2018

The data displays the number of violent crime offences recorded by the Metropolitan Police from reporting year 2010/11 until reporting year 2017/18. Although violent offences declined slightly from 2010/11 until 2012/13, violent offences increased every reporting year thereafter. By the most recent recording year of 2017/18 there was a high of 25,0287 violent offences recorded, compared with a low of 15,0168 in 2012/13.
