The data displays the number of people reported to be sleeping rough in London, UK, in 2017/18, by type. There were 4,459 "flow" or new rough sleepers who had never been reported before during this twelve month time period, more than two times as many as "stock" rough sleepers who had been on the streets for a minimum of two consecutive years.
