The data shows the employment benefits as a result of the Internet of Things in the UK from 2015 to 2020, by industry. The healthcare sector was the single sector with the highest estimated number of created jobs. Additional to the roughly 18.7 thousand jobs created in healthcare, the report estimated the employment effect in the manufacturing sector at 12,924 additional jobs.
