Vehicle recalls peaked in 2015 and 2014: In 2014, General Motors and automotive supplier company Takata were the major culprits, while used car dealers were most negatively affected. Daimler, Ferrari, Ford, GM, Honda, Subaru and child seat manufacturer Graco have kicked off the year 2016 by issuing new recalls.
