Being employed on a zero-hours contract, what do you feel will happen if you refuse the offer of a shift/hours?

The data displays how women employed on a zero-hours contract perceived their employment situation concerning their refusal of shift/hour offers in the UK in 2014. Almost 40% of female employees said they were just as likely to be offered another shift/hours if they refused any before, whereas the majority of women felt they would be less likely to or even not be offered any future work at all.
