Academic library director/dean self-perception of leadership in the United States 2013 & 2016

The data displays the responses of academic library deans and directors in the U.S. on whether they believed they were viewed as members of the senior academic leadership by their senior colleagues in other departments in 2013 and 2016. In 2016, only 36.5% of U.S. academic library deans and directors at Baccalaureate granting institutions felt they were considered as equals among colleagues in senior academic leadership positions.
