The data shows the number of citizens who were entitled to cast a vote during the EU referendum in the UK from June 23rd 2016, by region. The South East of England had approx. 6.5 million eligible voters. At almost 5.4 million people, London was the region with the second greatest number of eligible voters. Northern Ireland had the fewest, with just over 1.26 million eligible voters.
