The data displays respondent’s predicted personal financial benefit in the hypothetical scenario that the United Kingdom leaves Europe as a result of Brexit referendum as of 2016. The sample was sorted by gender and age. The majority of participants over the age of 55 in both male and female samples predicted that there would be no change in their financial circumstances as a result of the exit.
