The data displays the perceived effect on small businesses in England if the United Kingdom withdraws from the EU in 2015. The majority of participants from the different regions of England expect there will be a negative impact on their business; the exceptions to this statement are East Midlands, West Midlands and Yorkshire & Humber. Over half of the sample businesses based in London predict that leaving the EU will have a negative effect on their business, the highest percentage from any region.
