Proportion of women in government cabinets in the UK 2004-2018

The data shows the proportion of women in the cabinets of the UK government from 2004 to 2018. As can be seen in this statistic, the percentage of women in senior ministerial roles has fluctuated quite a lot since 2004. In 2006 and 2018 the proportion of women in the United Kingdom cabinet was 34.8 percent, but the 2014 cabinet's share of women was only 13.6%.
