Scottish independence: Passport consequences 2013 survey

If Scotland became independent what choices about passports should be available to citizens living here?

The data displays a distribution of respondents to a survey question designed to find out what those residing in Scotland think the available options for passports should be if, in September 2014, Scotland voted 'yes' for independence from the UK. With a great deal of campaigning taking place on both sides of the debate, the 'no' vote usually has the most supporters in the polls. In January 2013, it was most commonly believed that there should be the option to have a British and a Scottish passport if Scotland were to leave the UK.
