Scottish independence: Confidence about predicting the effects 2014 survey

Some people say they are sure what would happen to Scotland - either good or bad - if it became independent. Others say they are unsure. How about you?

The data displays a distribution of respondents to a survey question designed to find out how confident those residing in Scotland are about how the country would be effected if, in September 2014, people voted 'yes' for independence from the UK. In January 2014 the majority of respondents (60%) said they were, to some degree, unsure about what would happen.
