Umbrella groups of masjids in the United Kingdom in 2017

The data shows the number of umbrella groups associated with masjids in the UK in 2017. In this year there were 80 umbrella groups associated with Deobandi masjids in the UK. This was the highest number recorded during the period concerned. It was followed by Maudoodi - inspired, 'Islamic Movement' which was associated with 37 umbrella groups. Ikhwaan masjids in the UK were only associated with five umbrella groups in 2017.
