Opinion on beef consumption among young adults in India - by religion 2016

The data shows the results of a youth survey conducted among 15-34 year olds across 19 states across India in 2016 about their opinion on the objection of beef consumption, based on select religion. About 69% of Muslim respondents thought that the consumption of beef was a personal choice and should not be objected to, while only 31% among Hindus agreed during the survey period.
